SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how OmniCore Automation uses text messaging for requested consultations, scheduling, demonstrations, and support.

Program Active Effective August 21, 2026 Version 1.0
Your control: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
01 / PROGRAM

About the SMS program

OmniCore Automation sends low-volume text messages only to people who have asked for information and have clearly agreed to receive text messages.

Messages may be sent from (786) 724-1248 or another telephone number assigned to OmniCore Automation.

02 / CONSENT

How you opt in

You may opt in through the OmniCore Automation website after completing or beginning a free automation assessment. You must enter or confirm your mobile number and actively select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box before submitting the form.

Providing a phone number, including providing or confirming it verbally, does not by itself constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

03 / MESSAGES

Messages you may receive

Depending on your request, messages may include:

  • Confirmation that we received your consultation request.
  • Scheduling links, appointment information, and reminders.
  • Requested demonstration or service follow-up.
  • Support replies related to an inquiry you initiated.
  • A brief thank-you message after a demonstration or call.

OmniCore does not send recurring promotional broadcasts through this program unless you separately provide the required consent.

04 / FREQUENCY

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your request and is typically one to four messages per request.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. OmniCore Automation does not charge a separate fee for these text messages.

05 / OPT OUT

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any OmniCore text message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After that confirmation, you will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again.

06 / HELP

How to get assistance

Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@omnicoreautomation.com.

Support requests are reviewed by OmniCore Automation. Response times may vary outside normal business hours.

07 / DELIVERY

Delivery and availability

Mobile carriers do not guarantee message delivery. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier filtering, network conditions, device settings, or other circumstances outside OmniCore's control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and messaging features may change without notice.

08 / PRIVACY

Privacy and mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to communications and technology service providers solely as necessary to deliver requested messages, maintain the service, prevent fraud, and support OmniCore's operations.

Review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how we handle information.

09 / RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities

You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and notify OmniCore if the number changes. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, confidential legal information, or other highly sensitive information by text message.

10 / UPDATES
